We have three systems for basement waterproofing that we use: the Kenwood SWS Tanking System, the Kenwood Rapid Setting, and the cavity drain membrane.

Fundamentally, each system is designed to create a waterproof inner envelope, or tank, that is fully protected from the moisture that inevitably penetrates the external structure from the ground outside in a way that allows for safe drainage and disposal of the water, so as not to risk the structure of the building. The inner walls of the tank can then be treated with waterproof render and decorated in the normal way. Adequate heating and ventilation is provided to keep your basement dry and free from damp and condensation.

Treatments are carried out by our own highly skilled workforce, following a comprehensive inspection and fixed price quotation from a member of our surveying team. They will take full account of the structure of your property and the ground and surface water drainage in your area before recommending the system that's most appropriate for you.
